Optimae LifeServices in Marshalltown is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our team and share in our rapid growth and success in Marshall County! Service Coordinators are responsible for managing customer intakes, supervises move-ins, completes annual assessments, processes all discharges, creates and implements individualized Service Plans, oversees medication administration while tracking customers compliance, ensures shift coverage is arranges, provides oversight on day to day activities and appointments while positively leading their team!

Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Licensed driver with automobile insurance and a working vehicle
- Background check required which includes Child and Dependent Adult Abuse and driving record check
- 1 year supervisory experience, preferred
- 1 year managing HCBS ID waiver or Habilitation, preferred
- Degree preferred but not required
