Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by quickly and precisely inputting prescription orders.
- Navigate through various software applications to examine patient profiles and accurately input prescription details.
- Maintain and update patient records with utmost accuracy.
- Ensure all patient and prescription information is correct and up-to-date.
- Handle prescription clarifications and direct them to the correct department.
