Join OPTIMAL CASE MANAGEMENT’s team of DDA Case Managers supporting people with developmental disabilities. Help us fulfill the goals of each person we serve, as they enjoy a healthier life and participate as fully as possible in their chosen communities.
Pay: $54,000 to $60,000
Our DDA Case Managers coordinate the support and services of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in Maryland. Highly developed organizational skills, attention to detail, compliance with state deadlines, a persistent approach to obtaining services, strong computer tech skills and the ability to learn quickly are required to succeed.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Coordinator of Community Services (CCS) ensures quality delivery of services and coordinates services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The CCS performs job duties in line with the Optimal Health Care Inc Case Management program and DDA's mission, vision, and philosophy.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
All Candidates for Coordinator of Community Services (CCS) must have:
- Bachelor's degree in a human service discipline
- Minimum one year of experience in human service/coordination of services.
- reliable personal transportation
- strong time management skills
- strong computer skills
- You must be within 10-15 minute drive of the service area
This position requires community visits/travel and documenting from a home office
