Job responsibilities include creating a positive experience for clients, utilizing the electronic medical record (EMR) include, but are not limited to: customer service processing patients, verifying information, checking in & out, scheduling, scheduling patients, managing provider schedules, collecting payments, answering phones and providing information on services offered, scanning, faxing, mailing correspondence, attending events, maintaining office cleanliness, and managing inventory.
