Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, client-focused care in an on-site setting. As a therapist, you will work closely with individuals to support their emotional and mental well-being, offering a range of therapeutic interventions tailored to their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and/or group therapy to clients with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the client's needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to enhance clients' mental health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to remain informed of best therapy practices.
- Offer crisis intervention and support as required.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Active and valid state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, etc.).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a therapist, with a strong background in providing individual and group therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional, on-site setting.
- Experience with diverse populations and a range of therapeutic modalities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialized certifications in areas such as trauma therapy, CBT, DBT, or other relevant modalities.
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.
Work Schedule:
This is a contract position that can be full-time or part-time and requires on-site availability. Work hours and schedules may vary depending on client needs.
Salary : $59,400 - $76,600
