What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Engineer -FIS position at Optimal Inc.?
Position Description :
- Constraint Management, Factory Information System and IIOT Monitoring Implementation, Act as liaison with Controls group to coordinate all controls and FIS updates
- Coordinate and manage updates to FIS extended properties for New Model Programs
- Ensure FIS is aligned with each plant's simulation model.
- Global FIS planning & costing support and coaching for other regions
- Review and approve ACRs for FIS Applications
- Review and approve all FIS pilots (reports, versions, etc.)
- Lead quarterly FIS reviews with N.A. Plant ME Managers and FIS Administrators to share Specification changes, FIS
- Strategies, and collect plant feedback
- Contribute and support the L2, L3, & FIS Strategy & Governance Meetings to provide assessment, needs, and wants for Final Assembly Engineering

Experience Required :
3 years of experience in Constraint Management and Factory Information Systems.
Education Required :
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
Fully Onsite. Travel - Both, local and out of state, combined 70%.
