Position Overview
As a Sales Engineer at OptiMIM, you'll be responsible for generating leads and building a robust sales pipeline by winning new business with both existing and new accounts. You will collaborate with engineering teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored MIM solutions to solve complex manufacturing problems. This role is perfect for someone who excels at networking, developing relationships, and using consultative sales techniques to educate customers on how OptiMIM can meet their specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate interest in the OptiMIM brand and identify sales opportunities through networking, trade shows, webinars, and prospecting.
- Drive significant sales revenue growth by winning new business opportunities with both existing and new customers.
- Establish strong business relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts, identifying their needs and presenting OptiMIM's capabilities as solutions.
- Use consultative selling to educate customers about the benefits of MIM technology, and provide insights into their industry and business needs.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, including new account opportunities, RFQs, and customer communications.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met and effectively translate project details into successful outcomes.
