What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President Corporate Development position at Optimize Search Group?
Optimize Search Group has partnered with a leader in the Ambulatory Surgical Center space that is seeking to add a VP of Corporate Development to their team as a result of continued growth. I have assisted this Chief Development Officer hire several VPs who have been at the company for years and the feedback is extremely positive. The company is highly profitable and has a tremendous platform supporting team for acquisitions. This role will cover Northern California up through the Pacific Northwest and we’re seeking someone who either lives in that region or will relocate.
VP, Corporate Development
- 10-15 years M&A experience between banking / PE and Corporate Development
- Must have healthcare experience, ASC preferred
- Must have heavy buy-side experience
- This is essentially a “deal quarterback” role
- Must be able to manage a pipeline and ideally have an existing rolodex
- Ability to travel when required (30-50%)
