What You Will Do
Some core responsibilities include :
- The HR Admin is responsible for managing and organizing employee files for field employees in accordance with company best practices.
- Perform timekeeper duties for Katy Shop employees and field employees as needed.
- Overflow transactional support for field project clerks; including transfers, field employee expenses, and managing fob system remotely.
- The person must have demonstrated abilities to be highly organized, confidential, accurate, multi-task, prioritize and operate with minimal supervision.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Demonstrated data accuracy skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience performing work with little supervision.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working in an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firm.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Oil and Gas Industry experience
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
