Location: Carlsbad,
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am-3 pm with opportunity for in clinic/home ABA sessions

What You’ll Do:
- Provided 1 on 1 or small group support to students in a classroom.
- Assist in managing behaviors and supporting individualized behavior plans.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other school staff to create a positive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ RBT Certification or willing to obtain through us.
✔ Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in psychology, education, behavioral science, or a related field.
✔ At least 1 year of experience working with children (e.g., Nanny, Daycare, Paraprofessional, etc.).
✔ A passion for making a difference and strong communication skills.
