Your Role:
As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), you will play a key role in implementing behavioral interventions for children with autism and other behavioral disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Behavioral Interventions: Deliver Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, clinic, and community-based settings.
- Support & Implementation: Assist BCBAs in implementing personalized behavior plans that make a difference.
- Data Analysis: Ensure accurate collection and analysis of behavioral data to track treatment progress.
- Collaboration:Facilitate effective communication among clients, families, and professionals to contribute to individualized treatment plans.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
- RBT Certification or willing to obtain upon hire. (RBT training provided)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in fields like behavioral science, psychology, education, social work, or human development.
- Passion for working with special needs individuals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with children in roles such as Nanny, Daycare Attendant, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, Behavior Technician, or similar positions.
