Your Role:

As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), you will play a key role in implementing behavioral interventions for children with autism and other behavioral disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Behavioral Interventions: Deliver Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, clinic, and community-based settings.
• Support & Implementation: Assist BCBAs in implementing personalized behavior plans that make a difference.
• Data Analysis: Ensure accurate collection and analysis of behavioral data to track treatment progress.
• Collaboration:Facilitate effective communication among clients, families, and professionals to contribute to individualized treatment plans.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

• RBT Certification or willing to obtain upon hire. (RBT training provided)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in fields like behavioral science, psychology, education, social work, or human development.
• Passion for working with special needs individuals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children in roles such as Nanny, Daycare Attendant, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, Behavior Technician, or similar positions.
