Optimum is here to create an oasis of success in New Mexico " a way better human experience.This role includes : Maintaining a strong floor presence and building relationships with clients.Assisting clients with modalities, body analysis measurements, EGYM, and RFID integrations.Developing personalized programs for members based on their goals.Supporting client onboarding, monthly evaluations, and consultations.Staying up to date with the latest innovations in fitness, health, and aesthetics.Ensuring training of new team members is completed on schedule.Leading site tours and assisting management in ensuring a seamless client experience.Assisting in content creation for marketing initiatives when needed.Opening and closing the facility based on shift requirements.Qualifications : Strong understanding of overall health, integrative wellness, and fitness concepts.Exceptional client service and hospitality skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Passion for optimizing human performance and overall well-being.Experience with modalities such as; Softwave, Medwave, Red Light Therapy, Float Therapy, Cryotherapy, Neufit are an added benefitOur Dream Teammate will have access to : Competitive SalaryExcellent Benefits; Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401KHigh Performance Concierge CulturePerformance center complete with a full AI gym suite, recovery modalities, group fitness classes, and body composition tracking, and state of the art aesthetic modalities.Location : Albuquerque, New Mexico
