The Optimum Team is growing and looking for an Optimum Expert & Wellness Coach to help take their team to the next level!

This role includes:
- Maintaining a strong floor presence and building relationships with clients.
- Assisting clients with modalities, body analysis measurements, EGYM, and RFID integrations.
- Developing personalized programs for members based on their goals.
- Supporting client onboarding, monthly evaluations, and consultations.
- Staying up to date with the latest innovations in fitness, health, and aesthetics.
- Ensuring training of new team members is completed on schedule.
- Leading site tours and assisting management in ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Assisting in content creation for marketing initiatives when needed.
- Opening and closing the facility based on shift requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of overall health, integrative wellness, and fitness concepts.
- Exceptional client service and hospitality skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Passion for optimizing human performance and overall well-being.
- Experience with modalities such as; Softwave, Medwave, Red Light Therapy, Float Therapy, Cryotherapy, Neufit are an added benefit
