Optimum RV, a growing full-service RV Dealer, is seeking a Parts Coordinator.
Summary:
Optimum RV is looking for a Parts Coordinator to provide service to technicians requiring parts while ensuring quality inventory control. The Parts Coordinator maintains inventory levels, sources parts, and provides occasional external parts sales to select customers.

Responsibilities:
Help control and maintain inventory
Assist technicians with acquiring parts to help shop run efficiently
Locate and secure parts from various vendors for shop jobs
Stock parts shelves in correct fashion, making sure parts are sorted in bins, well marked and neat
Use online catalogs for parts look-ups, identifying the location of parts through computer system and applying parts to work orders and service tickets
Order parts not in stock if, after discussion with Parts Manager, it is determined that the parts are needed
Answer parts phones when front counter is overloaded
All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
RV Parts Experience preferred
High School diploma, GED or trade school equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Self motivated and detail oriented
Essential Characteristics:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and understand materials commonly used in the job function
A willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
Basic Windows and Word computer skills
Work independently and multi-task
