Job Related Experience: 0-2 years of purchasing or procurement experience or Equivalent Experience
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 lbs.

What Success in Role Looks Like at TWC Services Inc.
Responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, coordinating shipments, and supporting the needs of our service and production departments.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Ordering and Procurement: Identify and order parts needed for maintenance and repair operations. Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best prices and delivery times. Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Branch Support: Receives and records purchase and work orders as needed. Processes parts transfers for stock. Assists with pricing on orders for parts from other branches.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of parts transactions, including purchases, receipts, inventory, returns, and distributions. Prepare reports on inventory levels, usage, and purchasing trends.
- Additional Responsibilities: Performs other duties as assigned.
