- NET commission
- $150K earning potential
- Up to $5,000 sign on bonus
- Up to $5,000 relocation reimbursement for out of state candidates.
- Motility Experience a plus
- Dealership Experience a requirement.
- RV Service Management not 100% a requirement but would put any candidate at the top of the list.
- Wants to work to grow a department and be rewarded for their success
The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Service department. The primary duties will include:
- Overseeing all service operations, including scheduling, repair, and maintenance of RVs
- Managing a team of service technicians and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues promptly
- Maintaining accurate records of all service activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and customer communications
- Collaborating with the sales and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitoring service department performance metrics and generating reports for senior management
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- All other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a service manager or in a similar managerial role within the automotive or RV industry
- Strong knowledge of RV systems, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using service management software and computer systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or business education is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- RVIA/RVDA certifications - preferred
