OMS Account Manager Overview:
The OMS Account Manager plans, coordinates, and executes local events to support Optimum's growth. This role drives sales performance through event planning, cross-team collaboration, and on-site leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Identify and secure local events aligned with market strategies. Collaborate with internal teams and community stakeholders.
- Sales Support & Training: Assist sales teams in engaging customers and generating leads during events.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor event performance metrics, track leads, and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in event coordination, sales, or community engagement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Must be available for nights/weekends and have reliable transportation.
