Job Summary:
The OMS Account Manager is responsible for identifying, coordinating, and executing local events to drive Optimum’s growth. This role works with multiple sales teams and Field Services to enhance brand engagement and support sales performance. The manager will oversee event planning, logistics, and team training, reporting to the OMS Events Manager. The position also includes social media engagement and event performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Identify and secure local events that align with Optimum's growth. Build partnerships with key stakeholders (HOAs, MDUs, city officials, and businesses).
- Event Coordination: Manage event logistics, staffing, and branding to ensure alignment with sales teams and maximize lead generation.
- Team Support & Training: Train sales teams on optimizing event opportunities and customer engagement best practices.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on event success, assess ROI, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of event coordination or related experience
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; travel required
- Must be available nights and weekends

Salary Range: 60k - 111k

Pay: $71,000.00 - $109,000.00 per year
