Account Executive at Optimum Water Solutions for the Ft.Myers/Naples marketplace
Are you a driven and enthusiastic sales professional looking for your next opportunity? Optimum Water Solutions is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our team! As a leading provider of 100% bottle free water and ice purification solutions, we are dedicated to delivering excellence to our clients while promoting environmental sustainability.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential customers in the designated geographic territory to expand the company's customer base.
2. Generate leads through daily in person prospecting and cold calling. You are expected to physically cold call 20 business per day and set 8-10 appointment per week from those leads.
3. Build strong relationships with prospective new clients and act as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
4. Present and demonstrate our hydration solutions to clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
5. Collaborate with the internal service team to provide customers with an excellent experience.
6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers at customer sites.
7. Negotiate agreements and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial relationships.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using our CRM system.
9. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
10. Add to our company culture by being a good teammate.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the water and ice industry or related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
4. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and prospects.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and apple products.
7. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
8. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

We offer a competitive base salary, uncapped commission structure, uncapped bonus structure and opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Average OTE first year is $75,000 .
