Role Overview:


We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the U.S. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic plans to meet revenue targets, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and foster strong client relationships. If you’re passionate about eCommerce and digital solutions and have a knack for leadership, we want you to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to meet objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking progress, and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Account Management teams to align efforts and create impactful sales campaigns.
  • Reporting: Regularly present performance metrics, insights, and strategic adjustments to the leadership team.


Qualifications:


  • 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving team success.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a talent for motivating teams.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
