Optimums Broadband, a leading Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP), is looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations. This role involves answering customer calls for technical support and sales, scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians, and maintaining an efficient office environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Support & Sales
- Answer incoming calls, assisting customers with technical support and troubleshooting.
- Provide information on internet service plans, pricing, and availability.
Dispatch & Scheduling
- Schedule service installations, repairs, and maintenance for field technicians.
- Maintain a dispatch log to ensure timely and efficient service calls.
- Communicate updates and schedule changes to technicians as needed.
Office Management
- Keep the office space clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service reports.
- Track and manage the Inventory of all of the business equipment.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
- Basic technical knowledge of internet services or a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
