The Field Account Representative will be vital in developing and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel, including managers, buyers, and other key stakeholders. This position is responsible for increasing sales for all brand partners within the company portfolio across all assigned stores.
As a representative of our brand partners, the Field Account Representative must ensure that each brand is merchandised to the highest retail standards. Effective communication and relationship building are critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, competitive, team-oriented, and willing to learn. Above all, the Field Account Representative must operate with the utmost integrity.
The primary coverage area will be Hartford, CT., and Providence, RI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an organized list of key accounts in assigned stores based on brand needs.
- Spend 100% of time in the field, merchandising and selling our brand partners' products
- Utilize analytical data to drive sales at the store level
- Innovate and be creative in approaching accounts and expanding business
- Educate store managers and buyers on proper and effective merchandising and selling points
- Ensure best-in-class retail execution during each visit for our brand partners
- Independently set goals and accomplish them
- Report daily activities using a mobile CRM platform
- Ensure pricing and products are appropriately displayed
- Build, pack out, and maintain all displays and secondary placements
- Achieve monthly goals set by the Regional Sales Manager
- Receive and distribute various vendor samples, POS materials, and swag
- Improve the in-store presence of our brand partners within our portfolio
- Visit up to 15 stores per day
Requirements
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel as needed

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
