Trading Assistant

What You’ll Do:

• Assist traders with daily operational tasks, including data input into ETRM systems, P&L tracking, and broker statement verification.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, including risk management, operations, and back-office, to maintain smooth communication flow.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide actionable insights to support trading decisions.
• Manage high-pressure situations with precision, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of tasks.

What You Bring:

• Experience: At least 2 years in commodity trading, financial markets, investment banking, or related fields.
• Skills: Strong Excel proficiency (curves, indexes), familiarity with futures, swaps, NYMEX, and SME. Pipeline experience is a plus.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives under pressure. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills are essential.
