Inpatient Scheduler
Palo Alto, CA - On-site
$30 - $32/hour
Inpatient schedulers play a vital role in healthcare settings, ensuring that patient appointments and procedures are efficiently organized. In this role, your responsibilities will include coordinating patient schedules, verifying insurance information, and maintaining and uploading accurate records. Responsibilities:
- Scanning Records
- Scheduling pre-op appointments
- Case Intake
- Case scheduling
- Manage high volume of calls
- Maintain patient follow-up after procedures.
- New and return patient scheduling (i.e., imaging studies and clinic)
- Upload radiology images to PACS and Life Image
- Obtain Medical records, view RightFax
- Scan and distribute outside medical records
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of directly related work experience
- MUST have EPIC experience
- Sectra/Pacs experience is highly preferred
- HS Diploma
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual is a plus!
