Job Overview
We are looking for a cheerful, enthusiastic, and compassionate CNA to join our team in providing exceptional care to our valued clients in their homes and various facilities. If you are ready to make a difference in the lives of seniors by being a compassionate and dedicated CNA, we want you on our team! We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants in Hood, Parker, Erath, Somervell and parts of Tarrant counties in Texas. This is for evening hour shifts can be live in or live out options.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and other activities as needed
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions by communicating to family via AxisCare
- Provide companionship and support to enhance client’s quality of life
- Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
- Remind client to take medication when appropriate
- Possess the ability to provide positive, compassionate, and ethical care
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance if needing to drive client
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem solving skills
- Must possess the ability to work with disabled, elderly, and varying temperaments of client with compassion and patience
- Ability to work independently
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
