Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage underserved populations and foster trust within the community.
- Represent the school at community events, fairs, and public gatherings to promote its programs.
- Build partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and other schools to generate leads and inquiries for enrollment.
- Host information sessions to inform prospective students and families about the school's offerings.
- Monitor the effectiveness of outreach efforts and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
- Maintain knowledge of the school's mission and programs, effectively communicating their value to the community.
- Travel to attend and participate in recruitment events, maintaining flexibility for evening and weekend commitments.
- Collaborate with school leadership to identify barriers to enrollment and recommend solutions.
- Stay informed about trends and changes in education and recruitment strategies.
