We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at Options Medical Weight Loss. In this role, you will focus on booking leads, elevating show rates, and supporting the growth of our clinics through direct engagement with prospective patients. You will be responsible for converting leads into consultations and driving patient interest in Options. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving clinic sales targets and optimizing the sales process.
This role offers a hybrid work environment; however, candidates must reside within a commutable distance to one of our Columbus, OH, or Chicago, IL, clinics.
You will:
- Contact potential patients to schedule consultations, leveraging scripts and strategies to maximize lead conversion.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our weight loss programs and services, effectively communicating benefits and addressing any objections.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects who did not book or show up for their consultations, re-engaging them with offers or additional information.
- Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system, including scheduling details, lead status, and sales outcomes. Track and report on key sales metrics.
- Work closely with Regional Leadership, Clinic Managers and Business Development to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, suggesting improvements to drive higher conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals for lead booking and show rates.
- Optimize lead generation channels including but not limited to physician referral partners, ecommerce, employer groups and telehealth.
- Work in a hybrid capacity, both in-clinic and from home. Frequency of time in clinic is dependent on regional needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
You will come with:
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or weight loss industries.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales conversions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
- Average annual earnings for this role range from $42,000- $52,000 with incentives
Salary : $36,000 - $46,000
