The Role : HR / Admin Assistant
As an entry-level HR / Admin Assistant , you will be the organizational backbone of our office, taking on a variety of responsibilities that are critical to keeping our team running smoothly. You’ll handle everything from HR onboarding paperwork to maintaining office supplies—all while juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing your workload.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Onboarding Paperwork : Prepare and manage new hire documentation, ensuring all forms and records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Payroll Entries & Updates : Assist with data entry and updates for employee payroll, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Office Supplies & Snack Inventory : Track and order office supplies, snacks, and other essentials; coordinate with vendors for timely restocking.
- Travel Booking : Organize travel arrangements, book travel and help team members to have smooth experience.
- Office Maintenance : Keep the office environment organized and presentable, handling day-to-day tasks such as tidying common areas.
- Shipping & Receiving : Manage incoming and outgoing packages, liaise with carriers, and update relevant documentation.
- Special Assignments : Occasionally assist with off-hours tasks such as airport pick-ups for traveling or overseas employees.
- Additional Support : Provide general administrative and HR support as requested, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
