What You’ll DoAs an SDR at OptiSigns, you’ll manage and close inbound sales leads, identify hidden revenue opportunities within customer support requests, and develop the foundation for hunting and farming future deals.
Key Responsibilities- Close inbound sales leads from SMB and mid-market customers, ensuring a smooth and consultative buying experience.
- Identify and convert sales opportunities from customer support interactions by recognizing upsell and expansion potential.
- Respond quickly to inbound requests, engage prospects, and guide them to a purchasing decision.
- Educate customers on OptiSigns’ value proposition, helping them select the best solution for their needs.
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads efficiently, ensuring no revenue opportunity is overlooked.
- Track and optimize performance using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), improving speed-to-close and conversion rates.
- Develop skills in proactive pipeline growth, learning how to transition from closing inbound deals to hunting and farming future opportunities.

Ideal Skills & Qualifications- In office 4-5 days a week at our Houston HQ.
- 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B SaaS or technology experience preferred).
- Strong closing ability and comfort with fast-moving sales cycles.
- Excellent communication skills—able to engage prospects quickly and persuasively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities in customer interactions.
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and ability to manage a high volume of leads effectively.
- A growth mindset—eager to learn sales development strategies that lead to career progression.
- Base Salary: $50,000
- OTE: $75,000 (uncapped commission structure) based on closed inbound deals and opportunity development.
