As a Recruitment Program Specialist, you will work alongside the Recruitment and Marketing teams to attract top talent into our early engagement initiatives.

What you'll do :
- Support and execute early talent engagement initiatives, including in-person and virtual events at universities and in-office, playing a front-facing role with our highest priority audience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, marketers, and business stakeholders to ensure our initiatives effectively reach and resonate with top talent.
- Manage logistics for events, including external partner management, communications, and operational execution.
- Create marketing assets using templates and collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to develop new content.
- Track and measure impact of initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Participate in ideation sessions and propose creative approaches to meaningfully engage with our target audience.

Below is the expected base salary for this position. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process. This position will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (if determined by Optiver) and Optiver's benefits package with the benefits listed above.
