IT Project Manager | Charlotte, NC - Hybrid
OPS is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team! This individual is responsible for working alongside our Business Leaders, ensuring key deliverables are created, assisting in overall analysis and implementation efforts, coordinating the contributors (internal and external) to the project, ultimately delivering value to stakeholders. This individual will be able to schedule effectively by tracking resources and work dependencies and monitor time cost and quality to quickly identify delivery risks and adapt appropriately.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Business Analysis with recent experience in Project Management.
- Experience managing Software Implementation projects, SaaS preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage complex problems and handle multiple projects/initiatives in parallel.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience working with senior decision-makers and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Agile experience.
- Effective time management and people/relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of AI IT solutions and their applications in enterprise environments preferred.
- Experience with security and audit/governance practices, including SOC2 audit management preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver project goals on time and within budget.
- Conduct business analysis deliverables, including workflow maps, business needs and requirements, and recommendations.
- Analyze the impact of proposed changes on workflow processes and employees.
- Develop documentation to support changes and create support processes for new systems or system changes.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams, identify causes of errors, and work closely with the change management team.
- Prepare feasibility and cost-effectiveness proposals and write proposals for system changes and enhancements.
- Assist with the management of security and audit/governance processes, including SOC2 audit management.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
