- 0-2 years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 3 years of experience in related field.

- Monitor project progress and report status to relevant stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Recommend and assist in implementing effective business process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Analyze and report program performance, offering insights for process optimization and project success.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment across teams and managing project-related conflicts when necessary.
