Overview:
Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the financial industry, is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join their growing business-side team supporting technology initiatives. This role will focus heavily on process improvement, intelligent automation, and AI-powered solutions. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including the RPA group—to streamline operations and optimize performance through modern tech and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technology teams to develop and deliver automation and AI solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct cross-functional audits to identify procedural inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for further improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in process optimization, automation, and AI technologies.
Required Qualifications:
