IT Infrastructure Manager
Optomi, in partnership with one of our premiere clients in the healthcare industry are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to join their team! This role is responsible for managing and executing the daily operations of IT infrastructure and security functions, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our internal IT systems, cloud environments, network services, and end-user computing. As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you'll oversee vendor relationships, service desk operations, manage escalations, and lead IT projects that align with organizational goals.

Experience of the right candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7-10 years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years working with Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
- Proven experience in network management, security configurations, and vendor management (including MSPs).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and cloud best practices.
- Hands-on experience with disaster recovery strategies and system administration.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach to IT services.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Oversee internal IT systems, including network infrastructure, Azure cloud services, storage, and enterprise applications.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring SLA adherence, contract compliance, and operational performance.
- Lead and execute IT projects such as network upgrades, cloud implementations, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Azure cloud environments, including deployments, scaling, and security configurations.
- Supervise IT service desk operations and handle technical escalations to ensure prompt resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business units to align IT operations with organizational objectives.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
