Optomi, in partnership with our construction client, are seeking an experience Procurement Track Lead (Oracle Fusion) to join their team on a direct hire bases.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Functional Track Lead – Procurement with in-depth expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion, particularly within the Procurement and OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) modules.
This role will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and product vendors—managing the full lifecycle of support, enhancements, and process improvements within the Procurement track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workload and activities within the Procurement track, including prioritizing incidents and enhancements
- Collaborate with Oracle product vendors and internal teams to ensure solution effectiveness
- Conduct impact analysis for Oracle Cloud release updates and changes
- Serve as the primary liaison for Business Process Owners and end users
- Lead daily Procurement stand-ups and participate in recurring team meetings
- Triage and resolve high-priority functional issues, coordinating with users for additional context when needed
- Gather business requirements, partner with analysts to shape solutions, and oversee delivery from design through deployment
- Track and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs), escalating when necessary in coordination with the Delivery Manager
- Ensure business users are informed of service level risks and help maintain end-user satisfaction
- Support configuration, incident resolution, and system maintenance activities within the Oracle Procurement suite
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion, particularly in the Procurement and OTM modules
- Functional knowledge across Oracle Cloud modules including:
- Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management (Sourcing, Agreements)
- Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, OTM, Maintenance
- Solid understanding of application management service delivery and incident resolution processes
- Strong business process knowledge in the Procurement functional area
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, triage, and incident/problem resolution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud certifications (any module) strongly preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud environment
- Prior involvement in Oracle Cloud upgrades or large-scale enhancement initiatives
This is a 70% functional / 30% technical role—ideal for someone who enjoys blending process improvement with hands-on Oracle Cloud support and configuration.
Salary : $160,000 - $170,000
