ServiceNow Administrator - Hybrid in Charlotte NC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining, enhancing, and supporting our ServiceNow platform, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow administration, experience with ITSM processes, and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, form and layout customization, workflow design and implementation, report and dashboard creation, data management, and module configuration (Service Desk, Change Management, Asset Management).
• Provide support for core ITSM processes, ensuring efficient handling of incidents, problems, changes, and asset management.
• Perform database administration tasks related to the ServiceNow application (or similar ITSM suites), including query optimization, data analysis, and basic maintenance.
• Analyze existing business processes, gather requirements from stakeholders, interpret those requirements, develop technical specifications, and implement process workflows within ServiceNow, including routing and approvals.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and management tasks for web servers and application servers supporting the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with hands-on experience configuring and customizing the platform.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL database administration.
• Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with web server and application server management.
• Ability to work with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
