Title: PE Associate – Healthcare PE

The team seeks to hire a 2025 Associate for their office headquarters based in Boulder, CO. The firm historically promotes from within and provides active dealflow, a fantastic culture, and mentorship/exposure from senior investors and portfolio management teams. The Boulder office is also easily commutable from Denver!
The Role:
- Evaluating new investments by assessing the attractiveness of potential new deals and forming a view on the industry, business model and company
- Preparing investment memos, financial models, financial projections, and valuations
- Conducting due diligence on prospective investment opportunities, including industry specific research and financial analysis
- Assisting in coordination and management of third-party due diligence and serving as the lead in lender meetings
- Monitoring existing investments and traveling to sites
- Providing additional resources and analysis to management teams
