Job Purpose
The Finance Coordinator will support the finance team by overseeing Company fleet vehicles, credit cards, support Treasury and Planful initiatives. This role includes responsibilities related to fleet management, credit card program oversight, daily cash reporting, system implementations, and providing general support for various ad hoc projects within the finance department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain company fleet, including tracking procurement and disposition of vehicles, coordinating maintenance schedules, managing & reporting expenses related to the company fleet car.
- Administer company credit card programs, ensuring timely reconciliation, compliance with company policies, and accurate reporting.
- Lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing oversight of the Concur expense management system. Ensure efficient processing of employee expenses and provide training and support to staff using the system.
- Manage and support Planful (or similar financial planning software), ensuring accurate data input, reporting, and analysis, and providing support to users as needed.
- Prepare and distribute daily cash reports, ensuring accurate reflection of company cash positions and supporting liquidity management.
- Assist the finance team with various ad hoc projects, including process improvements, reporting initiatives, and financial analyses to support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
- Compile data and create charts, graphs, and tables for reports.
- Support the treasury, accounts payable and receivable processes when needed
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Help follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Participate in special projects and assignments as required.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience with financial planning, reporting software, and expense management systems.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in finance or operations roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience with financial software (Concur, Planful, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of fleet management processes and credit card programs.
