Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee property maintenance activities, ensuring that facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive rates.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property management activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote available units and achieve occupancy goals.
- Address resident concerns promptly and effectively, fostering a sense of community.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management to build rapport with residents.
