THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client, a well-known and respected Am Law 200 firm with over 200 attorneys, seeks an experienced junior to mid-level (2-5 years) commercial real estate associate attorney to join their growing practice in their Atlanta Office.

This position presents an excellent opportunity to work on high-level middle-market transactions with a reasonable work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transactional real estate work including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other real estate-related agreements.
- Represent owners, developers, and investors in structuring and closing complex real estate deals
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to our clients, ensuring high standards of legal practice and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Strong knowledge of real estate law and related practice areas (financing, acquisitions, dispositions, development transactions, etc)
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiating skills
- Familiarity with real estate financing, land use, and zoning laws
- In Good Standing with the Georgia Bar or ability to become licensed with the Georgia Bar via waiver or other admission
