One of our top clients, a highly respected AmLaw 200 firm, is looking to add a Healthcare Litigation Associate to its Chambers-ranked (Band 2!) healthcare team in Atlanta.
This small but mighty team represents leading healthcare systems, academic medical centers, and physician groups in a wide range of disputes, including False Claims Act matters, managed care disputes, medical staff issues, administrative proceedings such as licensure and Certificate of Need issues, and other matters.
Key Considerations:
- Hands-on experience with high-profile cases

- Compensation leaders in Atlanta – 2nd-year associates start at $225K
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative culture with strong attorney retention
Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years of litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws & regulations
- Top academic credentials (Top 25% from a first-tier law school)
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
While prior healthcare litigation experience is a plus, the firm is also open to candidates with strong commercial litigation backgrounds who have a genuine interest in transitioning into healthcare litigation.
