Our client, a global leader in the industrial supply chain space, seeks an experienced Technology Transactions attorney to join their global team. This attorney will report to the General Counsel for the Americas and be based in Atlanta (hybrid work setup).
Attorneys should possess 7 years of solid technology transactions experience, preferably from a large law firm and an in-house legal environment. Global tech experience is a plus but not required. Solid intellectual property experience is also a plus.
