About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Executive Assistant to support a dynamic social media influencer with a thriving presence on platforms like Twitch, Instagram, YouTube, and X. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and a good eye for content. The ideal candidate loves coordinating logistics, solving complex problems, is creative and passionate about digital influencers. You’ll be the backbone of day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless content production, guest coordination, personal errands and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Management: Coordinate the influencer’s calendar, including livestreams, guest appearances, brand meetings, and travel logistics.
Guest Coordination: Manage communications with guests
Livestream Support: Assist with pre-stream setup, monitor chat during broadcasts, and handle real-time audience engagement
Social Media Support: Schedule posts, monitor comments, and create basic content using tools like Canva for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Brand Collaboration: Liaise with brands for partnerships, ensuring deliverables are met and communications are professional.
Administrative Tasks: Handle emails, organize files, book travel, coordinate production shoots
Community Engagement: Interact with fans across platforms, fostering a positive and inclusive community vibe.
Personal Errands:
Shopping and Procurement: Source and purchase items (e.g., for content or personal use), wardrobe pieces, or stream props, ensuring quality and timely delivery. May involve online orders or in-person shopping if local.
Household Coordination: Arrange services like cleaning, pet care, or home maintenance (e.g., managing deliveries) to support the influencer’s home life.
Personal Appointments: Book and manage appointments ensuring privacy and convenience.
Gift and Event Planning: Organize personal events (e.g., birthdays, dinners) or source gifts for fans, guests, or brand partners, aligning with the influencer’s style and budget.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle urgent or unique requests, such as picking up equipment, dropping off packages, or coordinating last-minute travel changes.
Qualifications
Experience: Must have 2 years in executive or personal assisting, ideally in media, entertainment, or influencer marketing.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Google Suite, Canva, and social media platforms (Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
Good eye for content and live in the world of digital
Strong written and verbal communication.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to troubleshoot basic streaming or software issues.
Photography editing skills are a plus
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience is key.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including some evenings/weekends for livestreams or urgent tasks.
Mobility: Ability to travel occasionally for events or shoots.
