The South-West Territory Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving RTX Wheels’ growth by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients in a competitive marketplace. This role requires a sales professional who thrives on building new relationships and converting competitors’ customers into RTX advocates.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and build a pipeline of new business opportunities in the South-West Territory.
- Engage with key decision-makers to present RTX Wheels as the premier choice for their needs.
- Develop competitive strategies to win over clients currently working with other brands.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote RTX Wheels and identify leads.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Qualifications
Salary & Commissions plan
Yearly basic salary : 55 000$ - 65 000$
