Job Title - Business Systems Analyst
Contract -6 Months
Hybrid - Dallas , TX
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze software deployment workflows, and software cataloging processes, to support software delivery improvement initiatives and a software catalog migration to ServiceNow. The ideal candidate would be familiar with the software lifecycle and ServiceNow.
Specific tasks would include:
- Documenting current state processes
- Documenting software packaging and deployment requirements
- Support packaging and deployment improvement initiatives to reduce time to delivery and increased deployment success rates
- Perform analysis on the current software catalog and define current data format/types in use
- Support migrations from legacy software catalog to ServiceNow
Must Have Technical Skills:
- ServiceNow
- Software delivery and deployment experience
- Requirements gathering
