Title : Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Banking & Wealth Management
Location - Cleveland, OH / Columbus, OH / Dallas, TX / NY / Chicago, IL

Mandatory experience
7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on banking and wealth management.
Hands-on experience with any of the wealth management products such as Global Plus, Charles River, Pershing platforms is required.
Proven track record of successfully gathering and documenting business requirements and working with IT teams to deliver effective solutions.
Experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is a must.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Banking & Wealth Management Experience : Strong experience working in banking and wealth management , with a solid understanding of key processes such as portfolio management, client reporting, compliance, and trade execution.
Hands-on experience working with Wealth Platforms like Global Plus (for banking and financial services) and Charles River (for investment management, including trading, compliance, and portfolio management), Pershing platforms.
Business Process Mapping : Experience in creating process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications to document business requirements and system functionality.
Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management : Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and the ability to manage project timelines and deliverables.
Testing & Quality Assurance : Experience in creating test plans, executing functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring business requirements are met through system functionality.
Regulatory Knowledge : Understanding of banking and wealth management industry regulations, including MiFID II , Dodd-Frank , and Basel III , and how they impact business systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
