Job Title - Business Systems Analyst Sr. (Financial Background)
Duration - 12 Months
Hybrid Location's - Jacksonville, Miamisburg, Pittsburgh, Strongsville, Dallas, Phoenix, and Birmingham
Requirement
5-7 years of experience with Finance applications, including end-user support and system analysis.
1 years of experience in application or programming analysis, or equivalent business analysis.
Knowledge of all project life cycle phases, including fit/gap analysis and implementation.
Experience in a Banking / Finance environment is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office products with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be instrumental from analysis, documentation, solution inception through to ongoing maintenance, covering a wide array of trading aspects and system integrations. This role encompasses the analysis and support of new technology solutions and processes, enhancements of existing systems, including workflow and data flow design.

Responsibilities include leading requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, user testing facilitation, and contributing to the development and maintenance of processes and procedures.
Skilled in gathering information, writing BRD and FRD, and advanced SQL queries.
Proficient in MS Office; TFS, Postman, and Oracle databases knowledge is advantageous.
