Job Description:
- Trains a team of Business Analysts and analyze business processes/systems, identify inefficiencies and required controls, document procedures, track KPIs.
- Defines high-level application, relationships, flows, implementation of business (processes, activities, functions, information), applications, and creates business and system use cases or functional specifications.
- Collaborates with internal and external customers to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutions.
- Participates in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems design.
- Creates business requirement documents (BRD) that sets out project requirement including costs, objectives, milestones, and timelines.
- Creates, extracts, and modifies ad-hoc and standardized reports based on financial and operational data as needed.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of data, sources of data, and relationships of data in order to generate meaningful information for management.
- Analyzes and suggests areas for cost control and reduction and develops business process flows.
- Works independently and collaborates with junior and senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of scripting and database languages such as Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL etc.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
- Experience supporting business requirements for large scale applications in the concerned domain.
- Knowledge of Defects tracking and release management.
- Great communication skills.
- Experience working with users and convert business requirements to technical requirements.
- Exerience working with product owners to build backlog.
- Experience working with IT Engineers and developers.
- Experience in SQL.
