Program Manager 5-ProdDev

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to drive an internal initiative within Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). In this critical role, you will drive definition and clarity around operational excellence, specifically ensuring teams across Oracle are aware of and able to utilize new large language models as they become available. The outcomes of this role are to ensure that teams across Oracle are able to modernize their services and applications through the generative AI services that OCI is building.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement operational hygiene practices, with a focus on change management, problem management, and incident management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive requirements to instill/mechanize the operational bar into existing tooling.
• Establish and communicate clear guidelines and standards for measuring the operational bar, ensuring alignment with OCI’s cloud strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, leveraging your expertise to drive the successful adoption and adherence to an OCI-wide operational bar.
• Utilize your program management skills to coordinate complex initiatives, ensuring milestones are met, and objectives are achieved within established timelines.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $104,100 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
