## Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Collection Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, revenue cycle management, and financial concepts. ## Duties - Manage the accounts receivable process, including collections and account reconciliation - Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and coding to facilitate accurate billing - Negotiate payment plans with clients to resolve outstanding balances - Implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquencies - Utilize accounting software to track and analyze collection data - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to collections ## Experience ### Required Skills: - Proficiency in medical billing and revenue cycle management - Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding - Knowledge of financial concepts related to collections - Ability to negotiate payment plans with clients - Experience with account reconciliation ### Nice-to-Have Skills: - Familiarity with accounting software for tracking collections Join our team as a Collection Manager and contribute to the financial health of our organization through effective accounts receivable management.
